Overall clean, pretty standard place with pool. Good and savoury cereal, toast, fresh fruit and bread.

Every detail was very good from the beginning, including staff and location, I liked it. Cereal, toast, fresh fruit and breads served in the restaurant. I've had a great stay on a business trip.

Staff was skilled, decor was traditional, beds were cozy. The bedroom was upstairs.

Everything is perfect here, had a comfortable stay during my previous visit. The setting is magnificent and brilliant, so close to the airport, international train station.

We had a splendid time. Terrace bar was relaxing. Liked the well stocked queen room with an elegant design. Reasonably priced hotel with a decent service.

the stay at this marvellous hotel was a really enjoyable one. the breakfast was fine, lots of food. the double room was lovely romantic, had climate control, television and coffee. easy check in and personalised service throughout my stay. besides, it had excellent internet, handy to surf the net.

The staff was delightful and the service was polite, so it was truly memorable stay. All in all everything was exceptional, nevertheless we had not very clean bathroom...

Well, the views were awful here.

We truly enjoyed this hotel and will be back when in Birmingham. Bed was comfortable & staff was LOYAL. The executive room was ideal for our weekend. Friendly service during our stay too.
